Elizabeth is a recognized leader with extensive experience developing and implementing strategic in-house organizational culture and human resources programs in large global organizations including Spotify, Amazon, MetLife, Marsh, and Citibank. She is a leader in high-growth and transforming environments with expertise on sustainability and climate action, change management, restructuring, talent management, organizational design, M&A integration, corporate giving, philanthropy, voluntarism and diversity, inclusion, and equity practices. Born and raised in Argentina, Elizabeth earned her Masters degree in Educational Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires. Elizabeth is committed to her work in non-profit organizations that support access to developmental opportunities for young underserved talent and teenagers at risk, serving as a board member of The Opportunity Network, All Stars Project, A Fair Shake for Youth. In 2022, Elizabeth was invited to join The Coca-Cola Company Equity Accountability Council. Elizabeth believes that creating an environment of inclusion, free of harassment and discrimination is critical to any business that wants to thrive in today’s global markets.
