Training Development & Deployment
Training Development
The Purple Method develops engaging and interactive trainings that are custom tailored to individual organizations. Our trainings cover your organization’s unique:
→ Mission and Values
→ Workplace Culture
→ Reporting Mechanisms
→ Investigation Procedures
→ Corrective Action Policies
By approaching trainees as bystanders and allies, we provide practical advice on how to intervene in difficult situations. Importantly, our standard workplace training satisfies federal and state compliance requirements in the United States, and is adaptable to be deployed for a global workforce.
To ensure your policies are in line with best practices before we develop your training, we recommend first doing a Policy Review.
Training Deployment
The Purple Method recognizes that the workforce has shifted over the last few years. Some organizations have a remote or distributed workforce, while others facilitate gig economy platforms. Upon development of your custom training, the Purple Method will work with you to host the training in a way that suits your unique trainees.
IN-PERSON TRAINING
Traditional on-site training where our experienced trainers conduct a live, in-person training.
HYBRID OR ZOOM-BASED TRAINING
Utilizing Zoom, our instructors conduct a live training in real time. This can either be conducted fully remote, or it can be conducted partially on-site with opportunity for participants to join remotely.
E-LEARNING EASYLLAMA TRAINING
In collaboration with our partners at EasyLlama, we also deploy a variety of interactive trainings through a mobile-friendly online platform that allows employees to self-pace in 100+ languages.
STREAMLINED IN-APP TRAININGS
If you need training delivered via existing training software or your organization’s app, we can work with your in-house team or our partners at EduMe to create a streamlined training for your frontline workers or gig earners.
Revision of Existing Training Curriculum
The Purple Method can also work with your workplace to suggest and implement revisions to your existing training to ensure that it:
→ Includes information about your unique policies and procedures
→ Incorporates a message from leadership
→ Provides specific scenarios related to misconduct in your unique industry
→ Describes how individuals who experience misconduct can report incidents to the company and explains the company's process for investigating and responding to reports
